Tikra Health — we tell you what the evidence shows — in numbers when it's strong, and plainly when it isn't.
Tikra Health is the evidence file of medical aesthetics: every claim sourced, every number cited, no brand ties. We review published research — meta-analyses, systematic reviews, randomized trials — and report what it actually shows, including where it is weak, conflicting, or missing. When the evidence changes, our content is updated, and the change is logged openly on our corrections page — and shared with subscribers of our email digest.

No company pays for, reviews, or influences our content. We name no commercial products or systems; we discuss parameters and evidence.

Everything published under Tikra Health is general education. It summarizes published research; it is not medical advice, not a treatment protocol, and not a substitute for a consultation with your own clinician. We do not answer individual medical questions, in comments or by message.
